Customer Service

Customer is at the core of any business, whether it’s a small enterprise or a multinational corporation. Customer service can be as rewarding as much as devastating. In my opinion, the key elements of excellent customer service are:

  • communication
  • problem resolution
  • protectiveness
  • time of response
  • follow-up

But above all, great customer care means walking an extra mile for your customer, client or partner.
