Inside Singapore: Istana Park – Oasis in the Heart of Orchard

Istana park is a nice small green oasis close to the Presidential Residence, Istana (“Istana” means “palace” in Malay). This is a great place for a stroll on a Sunday morning.

The park is located is within Singapore’s central business district, so is easy to reach by public transport, including three MRT lines (access via “Dhoby Ghaut” station).
